HACHI

from Marco Foltran

The minimal two lines of Hachi, compose the main structure of the table,

supporting the surface of a chaotic harmony of an abstract painting.

Hachi means eight in Japanese, the calligraphic wide down part considered wide open to wealthy and luck.

The structure of the table, bring the minimal aesthetic essence form, recoiling the shape of Hachi 八.

In this table, the form of Hachi served more for function of design together with the designer’s desire

to express the balance of the world and the sustainability of our lives.
